About the Role:
V2 Capital Shelton LLC Hotel Group is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to be the face of our Hampton by Hilton Shelton, CT. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS)
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate billing records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs
• Provide local area recommendations and concierge-style assistance to guests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
