Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Quakertown Veterinary Clinic | Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Veterinary Clinic is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our veterinary hospital and call center. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy helping people, communicate professionally, and can stay organized in a busy healthcare environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our clients interact with, helping create a positive experience while supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative responsibilities.

Position Details

We currently have openings for:

• Small Animal Reception: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 7am- 3PM
• Call Center: 9am- 5PM

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required as part of our rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions
• Schedule appointments and update client and patient information
• Welcome clients and complete check-in and check-out procedures
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
• Respond to email inquiries and perform general administrative duties
• Assist with retail purchases, prescription diets, and hospital products
• Help maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Provide courteous, compassionate service to clients during both routine and emergency visits

Qualifications

• Customer service or receptionist experience required
• Veterinary or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
