Housekeeper

Housekeeping involves maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards across public spaces, restrooms, and lounges to ensure a safe environment for travelers. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and restocking supplies, often while strictly adhering to facility security and safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities


Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in high-traffic areas.


Sanitization: Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, frequently replacing paper products and soap dispensers.


Trash & Waste Management: Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles throughout the public and private spaces.


Specialized Cleaning: Respond to spills, biohazards, or emergency cleaning requests as dispatched.


Supply Restocking: Manage inventory of cleaning agents and restock janitorial closets.


Qualifications & Requirements/Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.


Security Clearance: Must pass stringent background checks and obtain a secure ID badge.


Safety Protocols: Knowledge of safe chemical handling and understanding of federal, state, and local facility regulations.
