Production Tech

Required Skills & Experience • 2-10 years of hands-on experience in an oil and gas production environment.\n\t• High School Diploma or Equivalent\n\t• Valid driver's license and ability to travel\n\t• Lease Operator, Pumper, or similar production operations experience is highly desirable.\n\t• Experience with Midland Basin and/or Permian Basin production operations is strongly preferred.\n\t• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve field issues independently.\n\t• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.\n\t• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.\n\t• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
