Volt is immediately hiring for a Director of Field Marketing in Manhattan, NY. As a Director of Field Marketing, you will: Develop and execute regional marketing plans that increase traffic, trial, and sales across multi-unit restaurant locations Partner with regional Operations leaders to align marketing initiatives with operational priorities Lead community engagement efforts, including local partnerships, sponsorships, and grassroots activations Analyze sales, traffic, and marketing performance data to assess ROI and optimize future programs Oversee local market campaigns while adapting to competitive and consumer trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Media, and Revenue Growth to execute integrated campaigns Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reconciliation Prepare and present regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership Travel regularly to restaurant locations to gather insights, validate execution, and engage with customers Lead, coach, and develop a regional field marketing team Oversee hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and performance feedback Ensure teams have the tools, processes, and guidance needed to support restaurant success Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and values-driven leadership This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 10+ years of field or local marketing experience within a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment Proven success driving sales growth through local marketing strategies Prior experience managing and developing teams Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and evaluating ROI Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% within assigned region Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience working with franchise or corporate-owned restaurant systems Background partnering with Media, Sponsorship, or Revenue Growth teams Experience scaling or supporting high-growth brands Strong presentation and executive communication skills Pay Rate: $160,000 - $170,000 per year. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: As this is a Direct Placement opportunity, the benefits will be provided by the client.
