Job Description

Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our fast-paced hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment to support timely food service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.
• Team player with good communication skills.
