Position Overview The Marketing Support Specialist will provide administrative and operational assistance to our marketing and creative teams. This position will help prepare marketing materials, organize digital files, update campaign information, conduct basic research, and monitor assigned tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable using a computer, handling multiple responsibilities, and communicating professionally with team members. The successful candidate should be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team. Assist with organizing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other marketing materials. Update campaign information and maintain accurate records. Organize digital files, marketing documents, and client information. Assist with social media, email marketing, and content-related tasks. Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research. Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency. Track assignments, deadlines, and campaign progress. Enter and update information in company systems. Communicate updates to marketing, creative, and administrative team members. Assist with preparing materials for meetings and client presentations. Attend team meetings and take notes when requested. Follow company procedures and protect confidential information. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines. Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and internet skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar programs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication abilities. Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
