Earn Extra Income
We are seeking a prn, part-time, or contract PT Physical Therapist and OT Occupational Therapist.
Needed to make home care visits and provide case management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Contact physicians for orders and to coordinate care
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services using our online charting system
- No OASIS if you wish the RN to complete instead
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
