CUSTOMER CARE & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Schedule and coordinate installation and service appointments
• Communicate updates between customers, sales, and field technicians
• Manage calendars and ensure efficient routing of jobs
• Prepare and process work orders for installation/service teams
• Assist with vendor coordination, order tracking, and shipment updates
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Support customer satisfaction and follow-up communication (including review requests)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, service-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills (scheduling tools/CRM experience a plus)
• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented

Compensations

• $25-$27/Hour Commensurate with experience
