Surgical Services Sterile Processing Technician

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite
This is a Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) contract opportunity within the Surgical Services department at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Portland, OR. The position does not require floating between units and does not require on-call availability. Block schedules are required and include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. First-time travelers are welcome for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sterile processing functions within a Surgical Services department
- Work a block schedule including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Operate within a Night shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM, 5x8 hours)
- Utilize knowledge of SPM (Sterile Processing Management) systems
- Apply knowledge of Robotics in sterile processing workflows where applicable

- Knowledge of Robotics (preferred per special requirements)
