AI Product Engineer: End-to-End Agent Platform

Bolter is seeking a product engineer to own the full lifecycle of the product—from rapid prototyping to production—across the agent-building experience, the workspace where users steer their agents, and the applications those agents generate. You'll work with the GM in a lean team, shaping core technical decisions and building a pipeline to turn plain-language descriptions into real, shareable outputs. This role blends product sense with engineering craft in a fast-moving startup.
