Compensation: Base salary (you can dictate) + commission (uncapped earning potential)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid in Eden Prairie, MN
About The Job: Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for an Employee Benefits Producer to join their team. Our client is a leading provider of business insurance, employee health & benefits, and risk management solutions, partnering with organizations across North America to help them navigate complex and evolving workforce challenges. Some of the best sales professionals eventually realize their favorite part of the job isn't closing the deal. It's earning trust. It's understanding a client's business. It's becoming the person they call when they need advice.
If you've built relationships in healthcare, insurance, HR technology, payroll, employee benefits, or another consultative sales environment and find yourself wishing you could stay connected to the clients you've worked so hard to win, we'd love to talk.
This is an opportunity to build your own book of business while learning alongside experienced producers, technical specialists, and industry experts who are invested in your long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with business leaders, HR professionals, and decision-makers throughout the market
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Identify opportunities to help organizations improve their employee benefits strategy
- Leverage networking, referrals, and community involvement to generate new opportunities
- Partner with a highly experienced service and consulting team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Become a trusted advisor to your clients long after the initial sale
