Job Summary

T he Equipment Readiness Associate is responsible for ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained, and delivered according to operational demands. This role supports equipment reliability, asset utilization, and operational efficiency while assisting with maintenance preparation, documentation, staging, and shipment activities.

 

Job Description

  • Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineers with preparing equipment for operational jobs.
  • Perform noninvasive maintenance related to the final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
  • Execute assigned work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
  • Prepare and organize documentation related to calibrations, inspections, function tests, material certifications, and quality control activities.
  • Prepare equipment and critical spare parts for shipment and staging at designated loading areas.
  • Load equipment onto trucks when required.
  • Receive and process returned equipment following logistics unloading activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, asset utilization, and cost reduction.
  • Follow all operational standards, safety procedures, and competency management requirements.

 

S kills Required

  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior warehouse, equipment handling, maintenance support, or logistics experience preferred.

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

 

Additional Details

  • S hi ft:  Hours able to work would be flexible from 7am to 9pm or later. Monday through Saturday. Sunday will be as needed. Right now its an every other week rotation.

 

Pay Rate

  • $20 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
