Pay range only applies to California residents.In This Role, You Will:• Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion• Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections• Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions• Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence• Educate customers on loan terms and optional productsMinimum Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent• Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation• Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishPreferred Qualifications• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environmentWorking ConditionsOffice-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone.
