Certifications: BLS (AHA)

Must-Have: EPIC EMR Experience required

Contrast injection experience required

Ability to obtain intravenous access required

Description: COVID vaccinations strongly encouraged, but not required. Please note status in profile. Experience with Epic EMR is necessary. Candidates must have a New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate. Agencies must include this license with all submissions. Candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures that will require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed CT techniques for diagnosis. Candidates must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures. Candidates should be able to prioritize and organize daily workflow. Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills are essential. Basic computer skills are required. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. The facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per contract, with a 2-hour notice required. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable, but no designs or cartoons are permitted. No hoodies are allowed. A firm cancellation policy is in place. Travelers must have their own vehicle. Profile requirements include work history skills checklist current to 1 year and a signed reference from within the past two years of employment. Permanent address must be included in the profile and must match the Driver License/State ID for validation during compliance process.
