Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and construct personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply validated methods to support enhancements in motor skills, cognitive functioning, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with the Care Team: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and their loved ones with knowledge on therapy techniques for sustained recovery at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify interventions to keep patients on their path to success.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Encouraged to pursue continuing education and additional certifications.

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
