Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

The Role

You will be a working litigation attorney handling the full lifecycle of plaintiff personal injury cases - from pre-suit through trial. We handle motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and commercial vehicle cases. Med mal experience is a plus and will factor into your growth path here.

Day to day, you will:

Manage an assigned caseload of active PI litigation files from intake through resolution.
Lead case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial.
Coordinate with our paralegals, pre-lit team, and records staff on file development.
Evaluate cases for med mal crossover and contribute to the firm's expansion into that practice area.
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials in Palm Beach County and surrounding circuits.

Who You Are

Licensed in Florida, or actively pursuing Florida Bar admission (out-of-state applicants welcome).
Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience; 8+ years preferred.
Medical malpractice litigation experience is a strong differentiator.
Proven trial attorney: you have taken cases to verdict, not just settled them.
A self-starter who thrives in a process-driven, high-accountability environment.
Bilingual (English/Haitian Creole or Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Aligned with a firm culture built on faith, loyalty, and client-first excellence.
