Shifts: per diem team members are assigned and pick up shifts based on facility needs Compensation: LPN $31.00 - 38.00 | RN $43.00 - $50.00, based on experience What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in resident care and team leadership, including: Supervising and guiding direct care professional activities to ensure quality care Participating in admissions, discharges, and transfers Monitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians and families Accurately transcribing and carrying out physician orders Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions Performing wound care and treatments per physician orders Coordinating follow‑up appointments and transportation Providing direct nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suctioning, IV administration, colostomy care, and more Conducting rounds to ensure care needs are met and staff duties are completed Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care Maintaining adequate supplies, medications, and equipment Initiating and updating care plans Supporting end‑of‑life care with compassion and professionalism Assisting during surveys and participating in committees as assigned Your leadership helps ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and personalized care.
