Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview Provide high‑quality ABA services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, developing individualized treatment plans and supervising RBTs. Responsibilities Develop and implement evidence‑based therapy plans based on data and assessment. Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs. Offer family guidance and support as needed. Communicate consistently with treatment team members. Collaborate with external service providers. Review and analyze data, communicating findings to team. Maintain professional boundaries per BACB guidelines. Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments. Plan discharge and transition for clients. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB or currently preparing for the exam. LBA certification (if applicable). Willingness to undergo background check. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for client home visits. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges using ABA. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to bend and squat for up to an hour per day. Will perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills, including bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor or in a chair, or standing for periods.
