Job Title
We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you are passionate about food production, operations, and maintaining a clean and safe environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Service
- Provide a "Remarkable Experience" by connecting with guests and maintaining a friendly dine-in atmosphere.
- Master the menu: Prepare beverages (including boba) and fulfill orders via POS, phone, and shipping.
- Work with urgency to ensure fast service and smooth order fulfillment.
Food Production & Operations
- Manage cookie & product stock to prevent flavor shortages.
- Proactively restock stations and coolers; alert Shift Leaders to low inventory before rush hours and end of day.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain a pristine environment through regular dining room, restroom, and kitchen stations.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized Back of House (BOH).
Teamwork & Accountability
- Coordinate with the team for area coverage.
- Adapt to store changes and execute all tasks assigned by leadership to a high standard.
