Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location Converse, TX Job ID 30447 Openings 3 Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: bonuses are uncapped. Sign On Bonus: up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: earn bonus pay for supervision hours. Certification Bonuses: rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year. Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable Caseloads: support up to 8 children. No Non-Compete Clauses.
