Assistant Group Home Manager - IDD Residential Care

$19.5 - $22.5 per hour

AVIDD Community Services of NJ

Overview:
Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with supervising DSP staff.
Support scheduling and shift coverage.
Assist with daily care and support of individuals served.
Review MARs, ISP data, and Therap documentation.
Maintain safety and compliance standards.
Support incident reporting and emergencies.
Assist with staff training.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required.
2+ years group home experience.
Valid driver’s license.
IDD experience preferred.
Therap experience a plus.

Pay: $19.50–$22.50/hr (+$2.25 differential where applicable)
