Diagnose heating and cooling system problems and recommend appropriate repairs. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and system‑performance issues. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while following company procedures. Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance as needed. Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with homeowners. Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate. Document completed work and maintain accurate service information. Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned service vehicle. Follow established safety procedures and provide a professional customer experience on every call. What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience preferred Residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Dependable work history and professional attitude Good communication and customer‑service skills Ability to work independently in the field Comfortable communicating repair and replacement options with homeowners Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills Team‑oriented approach and strong work ethic Commitment to providing quality workmanship Minimum Requirements Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record No DUI or reckless‑driving convictions within the past five years Legally authorized to work in the United States Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Handlers Heating & Cooling Inc
