HR Business Partner

Requirements and responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced HR Business Partner in Slovakia, Kosice to join our team for a 2-year replacement assignment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while covering for a key team member during their extended leave. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking HR team, supporting our business with strategic and operational HR initiatives. It’s a challenging and rewarding role that provides the space to grow, contribute ideas, improve people‑related processes, and deliver tangible results. Salary: from 2000 EUR/month, depending on skills and experience + benefits. The final offer for the selected candidate will reflect the candidate´s comprehensive assessment, skills, and past work experience. Location: Slovakia only What you’ll do Suggest, plan, and execute HR initiatives for talent retention, engagement, and motivation Support and provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers in dealing with team stability, complex casework, and employee relations issues Monitor employees’ satisfaction through 1to1 discussions, pulse surveys, etc. Identify and drive project engagement initiatives Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention in the allocated accounts Act as Business Partner and coach to local and global leaders Run orientation and onboarding processes Overview and administer performance management process and drive talent management initiatives Analyze data trends and metrics to support business decisions Act as a consultant on HR management and organizational changes. What you’ll bring Strong experience with HR practices and employee management – at least 4 years of experience Experience communicating with directors and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions Analytical and goal‑oriented attitude Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Proactive nature Openness in asking, giving, and receiving feedback Highly organized Team player Excellent communication and organizational skills Proactivity, drive for self‑improvement Good Knowledge of labor legislation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
