Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ensure high standards for food and customer service are consistently met
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to boost business
- Monitor inventory and manage supply orders to maintain smooth operations
