Applications Analyst With Epic Willow ExpertiseAn innovative healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst with Epic Willow expertise to support pharmacy-related systems and initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing EHR applications and delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional application teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative pharmacy system solutionsImplement, configure, and maintain Epic Willow (Ambulatory or Inpatient) modulesAnalyze, design, and support EHR systems and associated databasesEnsure optimal system performance, reliability, and data integritySupport system upgrades, enhancements, and deploymentsTroubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application supportCollaborate with end users to identify workflow improvements and automation opportunitiesParticipate in system testing, validation, and documentation effortsQualificationsEpic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP) certification requiredExperience supporting EHR systems, preferably EpicStrong understanding of pharmacy workflows and clinical systemsExperience with system implementation, configuration, and supportExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPlease note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $70.00/hour - $80.00/hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
