Restaurant General Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain an exceptional front-of-house leadership team and hourly staff.
• Create a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
• Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience through consistent execution and attention to detail.
• Drive financial performance by managing labor, controllable costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Analyze business metrics and implement strategies that improve sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless collaboration between front and back of house.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, service, and operational execution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, food and beverage cost controls, and P&L performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hospitality-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
