District Sales Manager - Core Diagnostics - N.CA/OR/WA

Abbott seeks a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics to lead sales strategy and team performance across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. The role involves developing business strategies, managing customer relationships, and coaching sales representatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Develop and execute local business strategies leveraging market and competitor insights
• Recruit, coach, and develop sales team members with accountability and independence
• Negotiate long-term customer contracts and support pricing and profitability discussions
• Manage district operations including budgets, work processes, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum 7 years related experience in medical devices or capital sales
• Experience in quality system-driven organizations
• Ability to influence and lead team members
• Strong solution selling and relationship-building skills
• Superior communication and problem-resolution abilities
• Excellent product and industry knowledge

Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
