We're Hiring: Registered Nurse Clinical Manager (RN)

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Pay Rate: Open to Discussion

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Home Health, Medicare compliance, and OASIS assessments ? We're looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations, support care teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate direct patient care services.
• Review patient assessments, reassessments, and Plans of Care (POCs).
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Home Health regulations and OASIS documentation requirements.
• Coordinate care with clinicians, physicians, patients, and caregivers.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Review Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and recertification documentation.
• Promote clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications: ✅ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

✅ Current CPR certification

✅ Minimum of 2 years of RN experience

✅ At least 1 year of management experience in home care, hospice, or a similar healthcare setting

✅ Required: Medicare Home Health experience, including hands-on OASIS assessments, documentation, and compliance

✅ Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
