Job Title: Surgical Technologist OR Operating Room (Travel)

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Pay: $2,536.40 weekly

Shifts: 40 hours, rotating shifts (8s, 10s, 12s), call required, call/work may be required if on assignment during holidays

Key Responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist OR Operating Room

  • Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical staff
  • Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures
  • Ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly
  • Hand instruments and sterile supplies to surgeons during procedures
  • Maintain a high level of safety and infection control standards

Requirements of the Surgical Technologist OR Operating Room

  • Virginia State Surgical Tech License In-Hand Required
  • Experience in operating room environments
