Production Floor Lead: Drive Safety, Quality & Growth

BlueWorx Staffing is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a shift on the manufacturing floor in Oklahoma City. You will own daily performance, coach a crew, and drive safety, quality, and throughput. Expect to troubleshoot on the spot and champion lean improvements while solving problems in real time. You’ll manage onboarding, performance feedback, attendance, and conflict resolution.
