Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
• Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist License in good standing in Washington State.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $88K to $105K , plus a potential $15K sign-on bonus , which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation for certifications.
