In Montecito and Santa Barbara, we maintain some of the region's most beautiful estate properties—requiring foremen who can lead with accountability and polish.Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership & Daily ExecutionAssign tasks and lead day-to-day operations for on-site landscape maintenance crewsEnsure timely arrival, adherence to schedule, and efficient task execution across multiple propertiesConduct tailgate safety talks and enforce safe equipment usage and jobsite behaviorQuality Control & Property StandardsExecute and enforce property-specific checklists on every visitPerform final walkthroughs to confirm work quality before departureIdentify and report issues (e.g., irrigation problems, plant health concerns, damage) to the Maintenance Project ManagerEquipment Operation & MaintenanceOperate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping toolsEnsure all equipment is fueled, cleaned, and properly maintained weeklyCoordinate any equipment issues or replacements with managementClient Sensitivity & Site PresentationMaintain a professional appearance and respectful demeanor on all propertiesUphold white-glove service standards expected by high-end residential clientsRequired Experience & Skills3+ years of experience in residential or estate landscape maintenancePrior experience leading or supervising a landscaping crewStrong understanding of mowing, edging, pruning, and irrigation basicsReliable transportation to and from job sites in the Santa Barbara/Montecito areaValid driver's license is a plusBilingual Spanish/EnglishPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with high-end residential property standardsExperience working alongside landscape maintenance project managersBasic knowledge of irrigation systems (identify—not repair—broken heads, timers, etc.)BenefitsWeekly Pay CycleMedical and Dental InsurancePaid Time Off, Holidays, and Sick LeaveCompany-Provided Uniforms and Safety GearTraining, Certifications, and Career Growth OpportunitiesParticipation in Team Events and Recognition ProgramsWork ScheduleFull-Time – Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PMField-based; daily travel to high-end residential sites in Montecito/Santa BarbaraOccasional Saturdays during peak seasonWork LocationSanta Barbara / Montecito, CA100% On-site at client properties; candidates must be local or have reliable daily transportationEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
