Operations Lead Location: New York City (In‑person, NoHo) Compensation: $90–130K + equity About swsh swsh helps live events turn fan photos and videos into real marketing results and real CRM data. Festivals, sports teams, tours, and brands use swsh to capture the content they miss and the audience data they've never been able to collect. We’ve powered hundreds of activations across Live Nation, UMG, AEG, the WNBA, NFL, Heineken, Rolling Loud, and more. About the Role We’re hiring an Operations Lead to build the internal engine that lets swsh scale — without losing the speed that’s gotten us here. This role is 50% internal ops + systems and 50% campaign / activation ops. Work directly with the co‑founders to design systems, automations, and AI workflows that run our internal company. Run on‑ground operations that make a Live Nation tour, a WNBA activation, or a Rolling Loud festival actually go off without a hitch. What You’ll Do Internal Ops + Systems (50%) Own the internal operating stack: tooling, automations, AI workflows, vendor management, internal docs. Build the AI‑native version of internal processes (Email automation workflows, customer pipeline efficiencies). Tighten the systems that run the company day to day: Claude, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Granola, Gmail, Asana — make sure they talk to each other and that no customer goes through the cracks. Build internal dashboards, playbooks, and SOPs so new hires ramp in days, not months. Manage direct reports and create systems to accelerate efficiencies. Campaign + Activation Ops (50%) Run the operational playbook for our partner activations end‑to‑end: pre‑event logistics, day‑of execution, post‑event wrap‑up. Coordinate with festival ops teams, tour managers, agency partners, and venue staff to make sure every swsh activation lands. Build the playbook to ensure every future activation runs even faster and with higher quality. Stand up the systems that scale activations: partner onboarding flows, asset collection, fulfillment tracking, post‑activation reporting. You’ll Thrive Here If You… Have spent real time inside a fast‑moving startup and know how to build systems where none exist. Are AI‑native — you reach for Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, OpenAI before you reach for a spreadsheet. Run end‑to‑end customer management for an activation (meticulously) and can systemize personalized processes. Communicate clearly, move fast, highly proactive. Want a role where you’ll work side‑by‑side with the founders and where your work directly shapes how swsh scales. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience across some mix of startup ops, consulting, or a high‑ownership operator role. Comfort jumping between strategic systems work and tactical, in‑the‑weeds execution. Strong project management muscle: you can run 10 workstreams in parallel without dropping any of them. A bias toward action — when you spot a broken process, you fix it. A real point of view on how to use AI tools to operate a company. Nice to have: experience in consulting, live events, entertainment, or B2B SaaS ops. Why This Role Matters This person will be one of the most important early hires at swsh. Our next phase — growing activations, scaling the team, and scaling the internal company through our fundraise — needs an operator who can build the system and run it.
