Registered Nurse/RN Float Pool - PCCU/Telemetry Full Time Nights Work location: Texas Health Dallas - 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231 Work hours: Full Time, 36 hours weekly, Nights 7pm-7am, including weekend and holiday requirements Training: Must be able to attend orientation and training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire Nursing Pool Department highlights Working with a Multi-Disciplinary team Work with ill patients and provide life‑saving care The opportunity to work with a diverse patient population The opportunity to work with cutting‑edge medical technology and equipment Here’s What You Need Registered Nurse Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 1 year of Progressive Care Cardiac Unit or Telemetry experience preferred Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required and maintained quarterly ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program For staff floating to areas where they will be delivering care and resuscitating neonates required within 90 days of hire A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
