As a 3rd Shift Packager, you'll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by preparing products for shipment, ensuring packaging quality, and supporting warehouse operations during overnight hours. What You'll Do As a Packager, you will be responsible for: Repacking boxes and bags of product into organized shipping cases to meet order requirements. Carefully placing cereal bags and boxes into shipping cartons with accuracy and efficiency. Counting and verifying product quantities to ensure complete and correct orders. Safely stacking boxes and pallets to prepare for storage or shipment. Inspecting products and packaging for quality issues and documenting defects. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a healthy work environment. Supporting overall production and packaging activities as needed during the shift. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift 35–50 lbs continuously throughout the shift. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Flexibility to work overtime or extra days when required by production demands. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
