Warehouse WorkerA growing metals manufacturing and distribution operation in Cincinnati is seeking Warehouse Workers to join its team!The Warehouse Workers support daily warehouse operations including staging, picking, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.This opportunity offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career development, including enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program after hire-on!! 2nd & 3rd shift available, 4pm-12am or 12am-8am.Pay and Benefits: - $20.00 - 21.00/ hour (based on experience and skill set) - $1.00 shift premium for off-shifts - $1.00 hourly increase upon hire-on - Comprehensive benefits package - Registered apprenticeship program for long-term career growthKey Responsibilities: - Pick and stage feedstock materials for fulfillment orders - Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders - Package materials according to customer requirements - Operate sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials as needed - Complete shipping/receiving documentation and confirm SAP work orders in the system - Maintain productivity standards for finished goods processing - Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies - Perform additional duties as assignedRequirements - Metal Manufacturing/Warehousing experience is required. - Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Basic math skills - Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer - Ability to lift 50 lbs., as needed, shift - Successful candidates, upon hire-on, will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of their onboarding - Must be comfortable with working OT as needed.Preferred - Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred. - Forklift and/or crane experience is preferred.Trillium Environmental has been recruiting and hiring workers in the environmental industry for over 30 years.
