You are an amazing Shift lead. You lead by example!
Being a shift lead is more than just being an amazing barista you lead your coworkers. This is a huge step and requires great skills. Leadership humility empathy sympathy and love for what you do.
Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers take orders prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee espresso drinks blended coffees teas pastries).
- Clean sanitize and maintain store.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Stock and replenish food beverages and utensils as needed.
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
- Receive unload and distribute deliveries.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: Starts at $15/h plus instant cash tips after every shift and credit card tips on your payckech
