Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We operate in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment, where precision, innovation, and teamwork are key to our success\. **THE WORK** - As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and direct a team of at least 15 hourly bargaining unit employees, overseeing their activities related to aircraft manufacturing and testing\. - You will be responsible for planning and directing department activities to meet production goals and quality standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence\. - Your role will involve maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the ongoing development and training of your team\.
