ListingPro is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our operations team in Denver. This role is essential to keeping our production, inventory, and installation teams running smoothly. The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining sign posts and materials, assisting with inventory control, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness, and supporting production tasks such as sanding, painting, and assembling posts.

Post Preparation & Production
- Sand PVC sign posts to ensure smooth, professional finishes
- Paint and refinish wood sign posts as needed
- Build and assemble new sign posts and hardware
- Maintain and repair existing posts and stakes
- Ensure all finished materials meet ListingPro quality standards
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Pull inventory for installation and delivery teams
- Return and restock materials after jobs
- Accurately enter inventory updates into company systems
- Track and report low inventory levels
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits
- Receive and organize incoming shipments
Warehouse Maintenance
- Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Keep tools, materials, and workspaces clean and operational
- Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times
- Properly store paints, chemicals, and equipment
Equipment Operation
- Operate warehouse tools and machinery safely
- Perform light maintenance on warehouse tools and equipment
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse operations, construction, or production environments preferred
- Experience working with tools, sanding equipment, and painting materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Forklift experience is a PLUS (certification preferred but not required)
