• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Role Overview: Step into a dynamic med/surg rehabilitation environment with 41 beds and a supportive, multidisciplinary staff. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team-comprising RNs, LPNs, and rehabilitation professionals-with a patient ratio of 1:6, making time for both high-quality care and patient education.


Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent acute care Med/Surg hospital experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• Compassionate advocacy for patients and their families

Preferred Experience:

• CRRN Certification
• Familiarity with Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting
• Telemetry skills with competency in Airstrip telemetry
• ACLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in developing and implementing rehabilitation care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
• Administer IV antibiotics, IV medications, blood products, and perform lab draws
• Operate patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometer, and complete wound vac dressing changes
• Educate patients and families on care and programs to support recovery
