As a Resident Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing resident interactions, supporting property management tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents. You will help plan events, conduct property inspections, manage resident files, and assist with communication between residents and leadership at our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a difference in residents' daily lives and is committed to creating a positive, engaging community experience.

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent base pay: $21.00 -$23.00/hour

• 20% rent discount

• Property staff shared renewal commissions (paid monthly)

• $300 Morgan essentials (paid quarterly)

Hours & Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 5:30PM

• Saturday: 10:00AM- 5:00PM

What We'll Expect from You:

• 3-5 years of related experience or training

• Sales and/or customer service training

• Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment

• Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism
