What You’ll Be Doing Help oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues professionally Lead, motivate, and support restaurant team members Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and cost control Maintain sanitation, safety, and operational standards Coach employees and help develop future leaders Monitor restaurant performance and help implement solutions Promote a positive, upbeat, team-oriented culture What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience Experience managing teams of 20+ employees Strong leadership and communication skills Extensive food & beverage knowledge Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable leading under pressure while maintaining professionalism Experience with POS systems and inventory controls preferred Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus The Right Candidate You’re dependable, hands-on, hospitality-driven, and know how to keep a team focused and motivated.
