Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.


• AART Certification in Radiation Therapy.


• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required in Kansas.


• Minimum 2 years' experience as a radiation therapist.


• Experience operating and maintaining radiation therapy equipment and verifying treatment plans.


• Experience accurately positioning patients and ensuring proper immobilization during treatment.


• Experience monitoring patients for adverse reactions and documenting treatments with accurate patient records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care hospital radiation oncology department.


• Experience working within multidisciplinary oncology teams.

Impacting Patient Care
