Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for warm, incoming inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout every stage of the client relationship.

No heavy closing required! Your core focus is to engage prospects with warmth and professionalism, answer initial questions, conduct structured scripted lead qualifications, and cleanly transition qualified leads over to Senior Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for warm inbound leads via phone and digital channels with high energy and professionalism.
• Scripted Discovery & Lead Qualification: Follow proven scripts to evaluate client needs, retirement account status, and investment timelines.
• Seamless Hand-Offs: Cleanly transfer fully qualified prospects to Senior Closers to complete their paperwork.
• Account Support & Coordination: Assist with account updates, documentation requests, and general client support inquiries.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed, accurate notes and client interaction records within CRM systems.
• Service Resolution: Resolve service-related inquiries with urgency, empathy, and absolute professionalism.
• Operational Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal sales and support teams to ensure a flawless customer journey.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict compliance and confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inbound call centers, client support, account management, or administrative roles.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a polished, professional phone presence.
• Coachability: Ability to follow structured scripts and incorporate ongoing training and feedback.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under daily timelines.
• Tech Aptitude: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Dependability: Absolute commitment to daily in-office attendance and punctuality.
