Receptionist - Part Time

Our team members play a vital role in creating a positive daily experience, and we’re currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the part-time "Director of First Impressions" the ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our members, visitors and callers. Key responsibilities include the following: Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately Provide general information about the community and services Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, data entry, and appointment scheduling Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with community protocols Communicate effectively with staff across all departments Maintain a clean and organized reception area We offer: A clean, safe, supportive work environment Free Meals per shift!
