Our client, an organization dedicated to supporting youth development and community engagement, is seeking a Youth Coach to join their team. As a a Coach, you will be part of the Youth Program team supporting students from under-resourced communities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Youth Coach
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 830am to 330 pm
What's the Job?
- Work with elementary, middle, and high school students in a structured youth program
- Support students from under-resourced communities around the world
- Assist in implementing program activities and educational sessions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to foster positive development
- Collaborate with team members to ensure program success

- No prior experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and reliability
- Comfortable working with youth of all ages
