Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Location: Rancho Mirage, CA 92270

Schedule: Full Time, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm., Monday – Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets and assists visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answers overflow telephone calls.
• Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
• Manages front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining office security procedures.
• Supports other departments with translation needs when necessary.
• Handles sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Performs other assigned responsibilities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat (Required).
• Bilingual ( English/Spanish ) required.
