Prep Cook

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail/Line Prep Associate to join our high-volume retail preparation team. This position pays $15-$17 per hour, based on experience, and offers training for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively with a team of five, and demonstrates strong dependability and a positive work ethic. We have multiple full-time and part-time PM positions available with a schedule typically ranging from 4:30PM to 12:30AM. Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

As a prep cook, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Application of professional culinary techniques and procedures
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following company procedures and recipes.
• Rotate refrigerated products and dry good products in accordance with company-approved policies and procedures, always using the FIFO method.
• Maintain the proper temperatures for all foods and coolers and freezers.
• Wrap, label, date and store all food items properly to maintain freshness and quality under strict sanitary guidelines.
