QMHA Housing Case Manager: Help People Find Home

Central City Concern

Central City Concern in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Housing Case Manager to join the Shelter Plus Care program. In this role, you will help chronically homeless adults secure and maintain permanent housing while providing ongoing case management and support. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences and be registered as a QMHA-R. Strong communication and outreach skills are essential, along with a commitment to helping others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
